Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing payroll and personal data for employment contracts and B2B contractors (sick leaves, holidays, etc.).
  • Filling, collecting and archiving all company‚Äôs contracts.
  • Cooperating with external agencies legalizing non-EU hires.
  • Being responsible for the documents flow.
  • Preparation of the monthly payroll journal.
  • Monthly reporting of PIT and social declarations.
  • Verifying time trackers against contractor invoices.
  • Monitoring contract validity, extensions, terminations.
  • Close cooperation with HR department.

You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

  • 2-3 years of similar experience as Payroll Specialist.
  • Good knowledge of the polish Labour Code.
  • Good command of English

    Salary:
    7 500 - 9 500 PLN net + VAT (B2B)
    6 200 - 7 900 gross (employment contract)
