Must-haves:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience in technology or product development recruiting.
  • Fast-learner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hiring the best candidates (mostly technology, product, and online marketing roles).
  • Designing and executing a seamless hiring process.
  • Crafting structured interviews.
  • Planning the personal growth of the teams.
  • Developing our people experience and employer branding strategies.
  • Being a business partner for the teams & managers.

Salary:

7 200 - 9 700 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract) + hiring bonus

6 000 - 8 000 PLN gross (employment contract) + hiring bonus
