The Business & Corporate Affairs Team is in charge of all the legal aspects of the Company’s global legal corporate and operational matters. Furthermore, this team runs all commercial contracting activities, including the review and negotiation of vendor and contractor agreements, SaaS agreements and all other agreements. In addition, the Business & Corporate Affairs Team manages the Company’s Intellectual Property portfolio, advises on legal compliance matters, monitors implementation of the Company’s commercial activities.

The In-house Lawyer / The Business & Corporate Affairs Associate will be primarily in charge of supporting the Team on the management of local Poland legal affairs, including supporting Board operations matters, drafting Board resolutions, certificates, minutes, operating agreements. The Associate will also support in the review and drafting of commercial contracts such as NDAs, contractor agreements, SaaS agreements, and other types of agreements which are inherent to a technology/subscription-based business. This person will also be giving support on legal compliance matters across multiple areas of the business, including in areas of local Polish matters as well as on consumer law, and privacy and data protection matters. 


Your daily tasks:

  • Support the team and senior management on corporate and compliance matters in certain areas of the business, including but not limited to local corporate governance matters, vendor agreements, privacy, data protection, consumer law, and general business operations.

  • Support on contract drafting, review and negotiation, including managing relationships with internal teams and review/redline vendor agreements, subscription agreements, draft NDAs, confidentiality agreements, non-compete, and other types of consulting and contractor agreements in areas of product, marketing, technology, hosting, SaaS, licensing, payments, customer service, real estate, and operations, among other areas.

  • Provide daily assistance with internal/risk controls and legal/regulatory compliance matters.

  • Work closely with business partners and outside counsel to provide strategic/legal advice on a variety of matters to evaluate and minimize risk and advance strategic initiatives.

  • Structure, draft and review reports, excel files, power points and other type of documents

  • Conduct legal research, both on local laws and international laws, and draft legal documents, policies, agreements and memoranda.


  • 2 to 5 years of law firm practice or equivalent in-house experience

  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multitask.

  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Full knowledge of legal principles and practices, and strong legal research and analytical techniques.


  • Knowledge and understanding of tech/SaaS industry terminology.

  • Experience in providing legal advice for e-commerce sector

  • Experience with working with different software platforms such as Jira, Google Workplace, and Concord.
