Now, as InterviewMe & Zety we are a part of BOLD (www.bold.com), and together with the international team, we provide support for candidates in 4 offices around the world: San Francisco, Puerto Rico, India, and Warsaw. The Product Manager-IT will be responsible for our Italian product sites.

What are we doing inside Bold?

We consider Product Management as the intersection between business, technology, and user experience. We have a robust product team, a team of makers, and innovators who create seamless experiences for our users. They are responsible for product planning, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, roadmap, and working closely with UX and engineering to deliver winning products.

What does our week look like?

We have daily virtual standups to discuss important topics, successes, and obstacles. The team meets weekly to review designs as a team and also weekly to review projects with cross-functional teams.

The newly hired Product Manager will be working directly with our team in Silicon Valley to develop the resume builder on one of our Italian-language brands. We offer large ownership and scope, as this is one of the first roles in such a set-up in our Polish branch. Italian knowledge is not required, but we definitely search for someone autonomous and self-driven.

Your daily tasks:

• Working with Engineering, Data Science, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to plan, build, and launch high-quality resume-building experiences and relentlessly optimizing them through AB testing.
• Understanding and leading analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage.
• Driving strategy, requirements, planning, and design of new features and enhancements.
• Integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of products.

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of Product Management.
• Experience building consumer-facing web products with a demonstrated ability to drive strategy, product planning, development, and launch.
• Possess a solid understanding of technology stacks and the level of effort involved in order to be able to make the right decisions.
• Integrate usability and research to develop product features.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with a data-focused product is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Italian.
