Zety’s Warsaw office is a fast-paced, growing operation. One minute you might be assisting in a business meeting and guiding the guests. In the next breath, you will be supporting office space coordination, and the next helping the Office Manager plan an integration event. What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Office Manager and operations team on creating our office the best place to work in Warsaw.

  • Be the first person of contact for our guests and employees.

  • Servicing business meetings.

  • Coordination of reception.

  • Assistance in documents and information flow.

  • Supporting employees with administration issues.

  • Taking care of the company’s image.


  • The skills to network, engage and interact with all clients, guests, and participants.

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, secretary or customer service related environment.

  • Be an owner. Be proactive in taking action to improve the office, reception, and processes.

  • Take the initiative and drive projects through to completion.

  • Perfect organization and ability to work with spreadsheets.

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
