We need your help to optimise our products using UX methods. We are opening a new role to cover product processes from the beginning of the funnel in cooperation with the SEO and SEM department to the bottom of the funnel, where we build excellent retention.
This is an ideal opportunity for Mid UX Researchers who want to deepen their knowledge and gain experience under the guidance of an experienced design team.
After a few weeks of onboarding, you will start working on your research and hypotheses to deliver impactful insights for our team at all stages of product development.
You will learn how to:

Improve your UX skills by testing new methods, tools and workshops.
As a member of the Product Team, you will be able to learn about SaaS product principles and actively participate in their development.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
You will influence the most crucial areas of a patch of our users.
On behalf of Product, you will also work with the SEM and SEO teams, participating in syncs or workshops.
Working with the product team and occasionally taking part in our activities.
Working on specific projects such as InterviewMe, Zety and ResumeLab, including international versions.
Planning and execution of user research projects, including usability tests, interviews, surveys, personas, customer journey mapping, field visits or remote sessions.
Developing a user research roadmap with the team to explore and measure customer experience.
Working closely with UX/UI designers and the product team to identify research questions and hypotheses.
Analysing, connecting, visualising and presenting research results to the Product Team.
Driving actions through insight delivery.
Being a user advocate and helping others gain insights into better understanding our users and their needs.
Continuously innovate and improve processes, combining qualitative and quantitative methods.
You’ll be a perfect fit if:
We’re looking for an empathic and curious person who asks meaningful questions and has a passion for understanding people’s behaviours and motivations.
Have 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher.
Have experience in using different methods in user testing.
You know the tools like Miro or FigJam.
You have excellent English and Polish skills in both speaking and writing.
You know the ins and outs of the design process.
You know how to define hypotheses and test them in practice.
Lead workshops are a piece of cake for you.
You know how to decide whether a hypothesis is valuable or not.
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of how to work with SaaS products.
Practical knowledge about Design Sprint, Design Critique.
Work with analytics and understand the base metrics.
Experience in the planning and execution of workshops (hypothesis, conception, design thinking, insights) with the Product Team to gain meaningful insights from research.
Independent and proactive way of working.
